The Brand

My grandparents, Dan & Patty Saul, married in 1962. They first settled in Sand Springs, Oklahoma & immediately knew they wanted to be in a rural area. In 1970 they bought an unfinished home in the country in Mannford, Oklahoma. Always dreaming of having a ranch, they began making trips to Colorado in 1978. After raising 3 kids & running a small cow-calf operation for 19 yrs, they finally made their way to Westcliffe, Colorado, to make their dream a reality. The S/5 brand was officially established in 1992. This feeder stock & hay ranch established the work ethic approach to life that still runs strong in the second generation of the Saul family.  My family is honored to continue the work ethic that represents our family brand, the S/5. Spending my summers on the S/5 ranch allowed me to fall in love with the Western way of life. I've known from a very young age that this was the lifestyle I wanted to live.  I hope to carry on my grandparent's legacy and express my love for the Western industry through my photography.
